better eating through chemicals
The healthy choices I am trying to make have shown me how little real food I have been eating. The chemicals, names of which I am at a loss as to how to pronounce, are ever present. It's no wonder weight increases as does the lethargy when what I am eating seems to have very little real food or nutrients in them. My taste buds have become accustomed to the flavor, most notably the salt. I am picking more real food and enjoying the tastes, but it is more time consuming than the ready made, ready to eat chemistry kits. I must say I do enjoy blueberries in January though.
